Okay, who here has seen Suck? Because I think you need to tell me about it. I saw the trailer and it looked kind of fun and silly and wonderful but then I go online and everyone is like RARGH I HATE SUCK IT IS RETARDED, so I need people to clarify - is it retarded like Prince of Persia and Van Helsing and SWAT, where it;s dumb but also COMPLETELY BEAUTIFUL, or retarded like Queen of the Damned, where I'm going to want to rip off my own face due to boredom and despair 40 minutes in?

Hello random person I don't know. Sorry to intrude on your blog and post on an entry from ages ago, but I ended up here by accident and you have an Alan Frog icon, which is totally awesome.

Suck is a pretty good movie, I think. I did buy it purely becuase of Danny Smith being in it, but I really enjoyed it. It has its lame moments, but all in all it's not that bad. I do love Canadian cinema though. And vampire movies. So maybe I'm biased. Plus I was pretty drunk when I watched it...

(that probably didn't help you at all, and I imagine you'll have seen it by now anyway.)

Well, you acknowledge the awesomeness of Alan Frog, so I am obliged to let you pass. Plus you like Danny Smith, so I am going to go ahead and assume that you are a BWOC fan too, which tells me you have a deep appreciation for all things awesome.

I STILL haven't seen Suck yet though - perhaps I will get it for Christmas!

HAH, me too! Taped all the episodes off Fox Kids and now and again I will get the urge to watch the whole thing over the course of a weekend. I think that was the show that triggered my unhealthy love for werewolves.

Alas, I did not :( However, it's less than a fiver on Amazon, so I think once I have cleared the post-Christmas debtage I may just take a chance on it!

Ah, Big Wolf fests, I've had those too. Tho unfortunately my tapes are all long gone and I have to use my very low quality downloads instead. I really wish they'd brought out a DVD.

I know, I would totally buy a DVD box set. Maybe it will be like Eerie Indiana and we'll just have to be RIDICULOUSLY PATIENT and then randomly, when everyone has given up hope, the Powers That Be will suddenly be all like, "Oh btw, have some BWOC DVDs kthxbai!"
