I love how Agron and Crixus just disagree with each other about everything purely because one of them is proto-German and one of them is proto-French.

I just got to the episode where they introduce Agron's super-pretty boyfriend, and they're not boyfriends yet but I swear to god, I think half the reason he even talks to that dude is because Crixos wanted to kill all the villa dudes so Agron is like, "Nup, gonna be besties with ALL THE DUDES up in this villa. PS France sucks" and Crixos is all "ARGH I HATE ALL THE THINGS!"

And like, last season I totally cried when they took Naevia away, so I get that he is all grieving and stuff, but on the other hand, you could give Crixus a hat made of gold and chocolate and he would still be sour, so my sadness feels for him are finite.

Crixus just likes being disagreeable. I think if he was the last man on the planet he would disagree with himself just to have an argument.

Agron does have a super pretty boyfriend.

He is the ultimate at getting sour! I love that bit at the end of the prequel where Gannicus is like, "peace out bitches, gonna get some freedom up in here" and then he gives Crixus his championship necklace, and Crixus actually tries to pick a fight with him over it. Like, Christ, he was just trying to give you whatever the drunk proto-Irish equivelent of a high-five is. Be gracious!

Oh my God, he is ridiculous levels of pretty. Even for this show, which has a lot of pretty.

Crixus so does not want any of Ganny. He might think he does but we know Gannicus could wipe the floor with his sour puss. Gannicus is like the Bon Jovi of gladiators. He would still be kicking butt at retirement age. The man can literally kill you blind-folded, with a hand tied behind his back while half-drunk and day-dreaming about banging your wife when it's all over. That's how good he is.

I gotta hand it to the show, they did something that few others manage to do which is cast insanely good looking people who can actually act.

IKR? like when gannicus throws the ranking match against him so crixus gets to be champion and hes moaning about how gannicus pussied out amd gannicus is like, "crixus, you need to stop fucking bitching at me right now" and crixus is like, "......" because, okay, 85% of the time gannicus is not going to take his pants off and cockslap another dude in the face, but 100% of the times he DOES do it, that dude is gonna end up with a broken jaw.

...okay, i feel like i really need your description of gannicus on a tshirt now.
