(no subject)
Aug. 8th, 2004 11:59 pmSo, we didnt go to the cinema last night. Want to know why? Check out the Saturday showings at my local multi-plex:
13 Going On 30 (wank)
Before Sunset (having never seen 'Before Sunrise', have no idea what this is)
Fahrenheit 9/11 (because I care that the Americans have a dumbfuck President. Wait... no I don't)
Garfield: the Movie (there is No God)
Home on the Range (Disney = shit, and apparently even people who like Disney films thought this one was shit)
King Arthur (seen, don't want to see again)
New York Minute (Olsen twins. *shudder*)
Shrek 2 (not even Antonio Banderas + kitty makes up for Eddie Murphy, Cameron Diaz and Mike Myers in the same film)
Spiderman 2 (now own on DVD)
Stepford Wives (*insert rant about wacky "comedy" remakes here*)
Thunderbirds (hurts me in my soul)
Damn it. How can there be so many shit films in one place without a vortex being created and sucking the entire audience into a swirling mass of crappy acting?
