Okay dudes, I just finished watching the Losers. Man, Jason Patric did not grow up pretty. I would probably have thoroughly enjoyed his character if I had not been forced to deploy my emergency eyelids to shield myself from how badly he has aged. Also, someone should probably tell Idris Elba that it is scientifically impossible to out-alpha-male Daddy Winchester. It was kind of tragic watching him try. Oh Idris Elba, you may be the boss of selling drugs and learning economics in Baltimore, and you have had some success fighting vampires and psycho killers over here in England, but you cannot go toe-to-toe with Daddy Winchester and have it end well for you.

In conclusion: Losers is GREAT, somebody find me Clay/Roque porn. What?!

Daddy Winchester all the way for me! Though everyone in the movie was lickable, barring Ye Olde Jason Patric.

Generation Kill:

› favorite episode: There were only 7, and all equally fabulous, but I'm going to say Burning Dog for the awesome night attack scene.

I think my most hated GenKill character was Kasey Kasem because he was so petty and vile. I'd totally have married Doc Bryan. "Burning Dog" was a freaking awesome episode. Brad and Ray and Nate were brilliant in that night ambush.

"The Lair" sucks in the most awesome of ways! It's pretty bad but wonderful entertainment. Thom is too stupid to live and I'm still mad at the show that the hottest man in town (for me), Sheriff Trout has yet to get any action! What?!

Kasey Kasem was a douche, but he had me in hysterics with the whole "moose-tash hairs is in violation!" thing. I went around saying it for weeks afterwards. I picked Captain America for that bit where he hung Eric out to dry for supposedly torturing the enemy army dude.
Doc Bryan is a legend, but I couldn't be married to him because he's so dry and deadpan - he'd be like, "Will you marry me?" and I'd be like, "Are you being sarcastic or for real or what? I cannot tell, because YOU HAVBE NO EMOTIONS OTHER THAN SARCASM!"

Has Sheriff Trout not gotten it on with the twitchy werewolf yet? I haven't seen season 3. I threw a big temper tantrum when Colin glittersploded at the end of season 2, but apparently he comes back, so I may give the Lair another chance!

You're thinking of Sixta, I believe, and he was a riot. I loved his obsession with the "moose-tashes". Kasey Kasem was the jerk who hung around Encino Man all the time. Hated, hated him.

I love Doc's sarcasm. Heh. I'd marry him just to get to look at him night and day. He was hot.

Alas, poor Sheriff HotChest has gotten no action yet on "The Lair". His Werewolf Boy wasn't in season 3. The good sheriff spent most of it pining over a cute blond boy he'd once loved and lost. Colin was around in season 3 and badass as ever.

Shit, yes, I was thinking of Sixta! Was Kasey Kasem the dude who interupted Nate when he was arguing with Encino Man and Nate was like, "Nobody fucking spoke to you" and then gave him the most BRUTAL deathglare? It was doubly badassed because Nate was really quiet and unassuming up until that point.

Doc Bryan was awesome - he just proves that snarky medical doctors are not just for outer space adventures any more.

I liked the psycho-killer in Ray and Brad's Humvee too - I love that bit int he last episode where Brad says that he and Ray have to share their copy of Jugs, and Ray is like, "You can't let him have Jasmine, he'll kill her!" and Psycho-Killer was like, "Kill, fuck, eat - it's all the same." He's how Jayne from Firefly started out.

Poor Trout. Maybe he's just not obvious enough - I went through his first few episodes thinking he was the only straight guy in that entire town. Now I have to see s3 for Colin-related awesomery!

I loved Doc Bryan's awesomeness. When he told Encino Man how incompetent he was, I would have married him on the spot.

Trombley was the crazy kid Brad and Ray got stuck with. That kid scared me.

Poor Trout will probably die from lack of sex. It's not fair that a man who looks like him gets no action on this show!

OH MY GOD. I just tried to formulate a comment about how I watched Losers a few months ago and I liked it, but I couldn't remember ANYONE'S NAME. So it was just a mess of 'that one dude who I think wore a hat' and 'THAT OTHER DUDE WHO WASN'T JEFFREY DEAN MORGAN'. It was confusing. BUT BASICALLY I REALLY LIKED LOSERS WHEN I WATCHED IT. There.
