Damn, but I do love Halloween. I'm sitting here drinking mulled wine out of a champagne glass clutched in a skeleton hand with a ruby ring on it, pumpkin fairylights a-glowin', black tree bedecked in purple tinsel, Gregorian chant CD playing in the background... oh yes. Truly, this is the most wonderful time of the year.

You know Dilandau is totally daydreaming about rugged, eyeliner-wearing pirates throughout most of the series. I bet he's like, "Ooooh, Captain Sparrow... huhwhatyousay?" and Folken's like, *sigh* "I said go burn down Fanelia." And Dilandau's like, "Can I wear a pirate hat?" and Folken's like, "I hate my life."
