I totally believed Moose when he told Kevin that Midge knew all about them and was cool with it, like these fucking highschoolers were going to have successfully negotiated an open relationship at seventeen. I am 100% the easiest person to trick.

I cant tell if its an issue with the writing or with me not paying attention - like i thought it was established that Chick wasnt bettys dads kid, but then they did an episode where alice was like, i must make a confession and he was like, "oh well i always expected", and i was like... wait i thought this was a well known thing.

I thought the same thing! I thought we were always supposed to be angling Chic as FP’s son/a serpent. I didn’t think it was a big revelation that he wasn’t Betty’s Dads kid. I think once this season finishes, i shall have to start again and rewatch from the beginning.
