Theres a bit in one of the really early episodes os.season one (maybe even the first ep?) where a character says hes humgry by delcaring that "my big guts are eating my little.guts." the minute i saw it,iwas like, im gonnalove this, this is just eerie after the zombie apocalypse.
It really does have a lot of the same style and sensibilities.
I find I'm having the same problem I had with The Walking Dead and the movie Zombieland, in that for some reason, my subconscious finds the zombie apocalypse soothing, and I keep falling asleep during episodes. But sometimes I'm laughing so hard I make it through the entire thing in one try.
clearly this is a sign that youre going to cope well when the dead inevitablably rise. Im going down in the first wave of the outbreak, because i get stressed at all the guts and blood flying around and keep thinking about the risk of infection. I wont be able to deal when the power goes out.
