If I never have to hear the phrase "It's a bank holiday weekend" again, it will be too soon. I'm one fucktarded whiny customer away from reaching through the reciever on my headset and strangling the person on the other end of the line. Seriously, I spent my lunch break trying out my Force grip on people walking past the parking lot, awaiting the day I can throttle some obnoxious publican dipshit with the power of my mind. Because even if it means ending up a shrieking quadraplegic flailing around in lava while my face melts off and Ewan McGregor bitches and whines about "our relationship" in the background, it will be worth it.

Date: 2005-06-06 11:43 am (UTC)I've never managed to sit through Episode Two, but I swear, Obi-Wan just brings the gay with him wherever he goes. He's like the embodiment of the Slashy Side of the Force. Which is good, apart from the slight ruining of the original Trilogy - it's hard to take Alec Guinness seriously when you associate him with a doe-eyed, braid-wearing, Snuggly Bunny Mind Trick-using Padawan.
And I'm not even going to get started on Darth Vader, because frankly that upsets me too much and Hayden Christensen is lucky that he's pretty and I'm shallow, because otherwise I might be wanting to kill him around now.

Alec's lucky that I love his so much *g*. Though he does have his moments - he reminds me a lot of Ewan in "The Lavendar Hill Mob".
