Urgh, I have been up all night finishing my dissertation, and now I'm in that weird place that's past the point of exhaustion and everything seems to glow. I think this calls for Paul McGann and hot chocolate with little sprinkles. Or sleep. Yes. Sleep is good.

Actually, I kinda want a lamb and mint pasty. Fucking dissertation. Perhaps I'll have a nap, go into town and buy one. And check if the Erikpig is still there.

But it's done, yes? A lamb and mint pastry sounds...interesting. Perhaps I'll get one when I'm over there. I don't think they have them readily available in the US.

Well, it's done until my supervisor emails me back with "Hahaha, you FAIL, get out" as the subject line, anyway.

And lamb and mint pastys are quite tasty. I've only ever seen them for sale in a specialist pasty shop, though. Definatly gonna go and buy one tomorrow.

Ooh... I thought of you when I was doing some screencapping earlier - I've got the first series somewhere - must not just cap the villains.... must not just cap the villains.... I never liked the second series as much though REG is always fun.

Well, the second series didn't have Martin Shaw or Jamie Bamber or Marguerite, and that made me sad. But, well, Robespierre! He makes everything better.

Grrr... it did go downhill a bit with the cast didn't it? Jamie (bless his heart) didn't survive very long and poor old Martin didn't have too much fun but Robespierre... now he was the king of villainous villains. He's so scarily camp but chilling at the same time.

I swear, Jamie Bamber is cursed. No matter what he's in, he Always ends up being shot by the French. When I went to see him as Mephistopheles in Faustus, I was half-expecting them to change the play so that he gets killed by an Avenging Angel with a French accent at the end.

Okay, no I wasn't. But that would have been hilarious.

Oh Robespierre *sigh* With his powdered wig and coat with the guillotine buttons... he should be laughable rather than creepily attractive, yet somehow, it works for him.

Oooh, he was great in Faustus. Most wench-like Mephistopheles ever. He was all... with the orgasmic stretching and the showing of Bambertummy and... yes it was all Very good. *straightens tie, wipes drool from chin* What?!
