Right, I am going to stab this computer if it doesn't stop being a dick about letting me look at my FList. DO NOT TELL ME HISTORY BOYS PORN IS BLOCKED I WANT IT AND I WILL HAVE IT DAMN YOU WHERE IS THE NAKED SCRIPPS GOODNESS?!?
Ahem, anyway. A most prodigious weekend, in which I:-
Alas, it is now back to work and horrible doom for me, at least until Friday, and probably even after that as I am now so poor it is unbelievable. But! I have Taboo, and the opportunity to put my newly honed skills at cheating at Cluedo to good use next Saturday, so for now I will resist the urge to burn everyone I work with and content myself with going "You fucking idiot!" in my head every time they annoy me.
Anyway, I am very hungry now, and my height in books isn't going to read itself, so I bid you all a good day.
*Actually, it's because it took me hours. Literally, it was like eleven o'clock by the time we ate.
Ahem, anyway. A most prodigious weekend, in which I:-
- completely trounced Snithy at Cluedo
- discovered that Taboo is not that fun unless you have at least one really inarticulate person in the game
- baked a pie that was so delicious, God actually banned me from making it ever again lest I use its glory to tempt angels into falling*
- had hysterics over the word "knee-shaw"
- finally received my bookshelves (they look sort of like giant milk crates, but they are sturdy and took about ten seconds to assemble, so that's okay)
- successfully opened another persons eyes to how Totally Awesome Highlander is, thus ensuring I have someone to squeal about it with
- ate a delicious breakfast
- bought some books
- found my Dad a birthday present
- bought some more books
- had no money

Date: 2007-03-31 10:36 am (UTC)If anyone can run in high heels, it's Count Olaf. Or rather, "Shirley". I got the first six books on CD, and they are so awesome. And quite cheap, aswell.
I remember the adverts for the Cluedo TV series, but oddly enough, it wasn't something I felt a burning desire to watch. You can get this new interactive Cluedo now, with a DVD and a guy who talks to you and everything. It's something that worked well on Atmosphere, but I don't know if Cluedo is the sort of game where you want some D-rate actor yammering at you from the TV set while you're trying to peek at your opponents cards.
