Although Trust Fund Pirates is, all in all, a fairly piss-poor episode (Snithy, keep your snide remarks about the general quality of a MV epside to yourself or I'll text you Sloth quotes at six in the morning), it does have one redeeming quality in the shape of Rico's weird Thing about pirates. Like that scene where they're looking at the photographs of Mueller and whatever, and Rico's all like, "Where's the eypatch?" and Sonny laughs like he's joking but you can tell Rico is totally disappointed, and then they meet the DJ bloke and he actually does wear an eyepatch and Rico is all FANGIRLY FLAIL! while Sonny looks vaguely embarrassed in the background and it's awesome because Rico is totally gay for pirates.

In other news, FList, you suck. You are all off my Christmas card list for not helping me win the War on Robson. Not that I actually have a Christmas card list or, in fact, ever send out Christmas cards, but if I did? By golly, you'd be off it.

You're the worst offender of all! Although yes, I did notice that it wasn't a very flattering picture of Sonny and also that the one of RG was very over-exposed to hide his CRAGGY OLDNESS. Don't get me wrong, he's far and away a better actor than Don Johnson, but that's not the point of this poll.

I think we both know that skill as an actor is very low down on my List Of Things That Make Men Shaggable. Sure, if they can act, that's all to the good, but Johnny Depp and Colin Farrell would be just as hot even if they couldn't act. It's never stopped David Boreanaz.

You know, freaking everyone took that line wrong--it's not disgust, it's amazement and awe and not a little bit of lust. It finally sunk in, is all, I love Colin Ferrell, I sat through two and a half hours of crap in the way of Jennifer Garner to see him even though he was bald and had that stupid brand, but he totally offed that old lady so that sort of redeemed him in my eyes. Anyway--Sonny is my vote, as I've seen him in the most stuff. Maybe if I ever get my hands on Robson Green, that'll change, but for now . . . Sonny.

And I'm not a traitor. I thought about it, and I am a non-confrontational slut who collects men to add to a rapidly growing list of "people to be slashed".

Also, it turns out my writer's block in Thief Lord came from needing a switch in perspective. The Prop-tops-Scip fic, Role Reversal (from Placebo!) is being finished right now.
