Heh. If only I could. My mom did that to me a few months ago. Before she left for the store, and while she was, in fact, at the store in the shampoo aisle, I was like, "Mom. Get me Pantene Pro-V. Not Garnier Frustis, not Herbal Essences, Pantene Pro-V. But whatever you do, do not get me the Volumizer. I need the Curl Energizer. NOT the Volumizer." What does she do?

Comes home with Pantene Pro-V Volumizing Shampoo AND Conditioner. *headdesk* I looked like a friggin' lion, my braid weighed about twenty-some-odd pounds for a whole month. Heh. On the plus side, I sleep with my hair in a braid, and my sister was staying over. I've got this baaaad habit of whipping my head real fast, so as to clear my back or else it tickles horribly and I wind up freaking myself out (it's soft!) and thrashing and falling off the bed. (I'm kind of twitchy that way.) So I was sleeping next to her (her mattress was on the floor, and I had two mattresses on top of eachother right next to it) and I had to turn over, so I whipped my head around. And, boy, did she holler. It was bad. She told me the next morning if I ever did it again she was going to cut off my braid. My other sister then proceeded to tell her in detail what would happen to her if she ever came near my hair. All in all--a fun morning.

P.S. - I'm really trying to work on these page-long commentary things, I truly am . . .
