froodleWhelp, it turns out that Sylar is even more hardcore than I first imagined. So hardcore, in fact, that he broke my DVD player* and I had to get a new one. I went to Currys to get a multi-region one, which turned out not to be multi-region even after I entered the code they gave me (which they told me I wouldn't have to do because it would play R1 dvds straight out of the box), which filled me with murderous rage and monkeys, but I did eventually get one from Richer Sounds that allowed me to get my morning dose of Saiyuki without any problems, so yay!
In other news, Jess and Alan's party thing was on Sunday; Jess kindly refrained from giving birth on my awesome beanbag chair (which James totally hogged!) and I ate lots of strawberries, so that was good. Everything else is pretty much business as usual; work is okay, although some of the customers do my head in, and I am rediscovering the genius of Eerie Indiana in my free time.
*However, this does not prove that he is more hardcore than Daddy Winchester, as Daddy Winchester is a force for good and would never stoop to breaking somebody's DVD player. Except if it was the Demon's, maybe. Even so, it's a bit beneath him. He'd probably get Dean to do it.
