Apparently because it's a bank holiday, it's extra-important that they have their quiz machines working, and this can be accomplished by bitching at me about all the money they've lost over the last few days, when in fact all that does is annoy me into setting their chase forms aside for filing when I leave at the end of my shift, after all the engineers have gone off-duty.
