Gannicus definitely needed his own spin-off. We could have his story in first becoming a gladiator. Or the "lost years" from the time he leaves at the end of Gods Of The Area to his reappearance later on. Who cares if all he does is drink, fight and screw around. He's entertaining doing it!!
