I don't think Dean even picked up on it - Cas said it in such a matter-of-fact way and Dean didn't seem to react to it. Poor sad Castiel, so unloved and underappreciated.

I need to set aside a couple of hours and watch the first three episodes before I can really form an opinion on it - I'd going on the previews and the first few minutes of the pilot, and so far the outlook is not favourable, but I do so like werewolves, I feel like I should give it a chance. I will watch it eventually, I just have to steel myself against potential disappointment.
